consumer branding and lies

We have a big artist in Denmark that are fighting for not just throw food away for silly reasons like it 1 day to old and so much more good reasons for not wasting food just because a shop rather want to waste it than give it away and she has a very big point. Just inside EU fishermen wait so much food that you have to be an idiot to make roll like this and it’s all just because of one fish that are more profitable than the one that are wasted. It makes me mad and is a waste of very big resources in the world and it has to change in to a system that is not for scarp craps.
In Denmark we eat crab claws and nothing else (because its more money for someone else) but the thing is the there are lots of great meat inside the crap and that’s the mind of consumer shop they think different for one reason or brand it that way so you can lose more money.
And why does the dates tell it old before it ever has been it so you suckers can buy more and who will suffer the por in any nation for bigger food prices
